Our fun trip to Schnepf Farms
This past Friday we went to Schnepf farms with my sister Brooke, her husband David, and their two boys Jaden and Ty. It was soooo fun!! Parker loves being with "Jadenty"! And he has even more fun being with them when they can all ride rides, pet animals, ride go carts and just get dirty!! We had a blast!

Horsey
Parker kept hugging the horsey saying "soooft"
This is the very first time Parker's been on a merry-go-round. I know, we don't get out much...

Some rides weren't so fun
Playing on the train tracks
At the top of the long, dark slide (not one of Parker's favorites)
This didn't rank very high on his fav list either-as you can tell

Maybe she won't notice
I stayed home with our sick boy while Mindi went to church. Her last words as she was leaving were "only let the buns cook for 15 minutes"
Being the phenomenal cook that I am, I forgot about them and put Parker down for a nap. His bed seemed extra comfortable today so I was fast asleep in about 5 minutes. About an hour later the inspired image of rolls popped into my head and I thought "oh crap" and I ran downstairs.
My first thought was if I butter them enough and put them at the bottom of the bowl with the rest of the ones I was about to cook, maybe she wouldn't notice. After cutting into one of the rock-rolls, I knew there was no redemption.
The only thing I can make is a bowl of cereal so I'm just glad I didn't burn down the house.

Blog from email
This picture is one of Parker when he was a baby and we were picture-happy. I think we took about 2,000+ (no exageration) pictures of Parker by time he was 1 and currently we've got about 100 of Sammy, who's about 6 months old. We're a little behind...
